Anastasia Tingen is a Russian-Swiss architectural designer with experience across the United States, Switzerland, and Austria. She earned her Master of Architecture with distinction from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, where she studied under Professor Greg Lynn. Anastasia contributed to a range of architecture, interior, and stage design projects, spanning all phases from concept through construction. She is committed to creating spaces that not only appeal through their refined design but also serve as a place for pure comfort for the client.

Michael Tingen is an architect with a Master of Architecture from the University of Applied Arts Vienna, where he studied under Professor Greg Lynn. He has led both the architectural design and project management of custom single-family residences in the $5–30 million range, overseeing every phase from schematic design to furniture selection. With a deep understanding of both creative vision and technical execution, Michael excels at finding unexpected solutions to everyday design challenges. His work is grounded in a commitment to livability, material integrity, and a clear, refined spatial narrative.
